The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) lauds the successful takers and the TOP TEN examinees who garnered the highest rankings of the recently concluded February 2025 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from three thousand eighty-nine (3,089) successful passers out of the six thousand three hundred eighteen (6,318) examinees in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
