The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) extends its warmest   congratulations to the following TOPNOTCHERS in the recently concluded October 2024 Metallurgical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination.  The TOPNOTCHERS emerged from the list of forty-one (41) successful passers out of sixty-seven (67) examinees in N.C.R., Cagayan de Oro, and Davao.
